Terms — the short version.
The software is MIT-licensed; this site is provided as-is. These terms govern the website and any incidental services we operate around the open-source project.
Acceptance
By using callahanci.com or running the Callahan CI software, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site or the software.
The software
The Callahan CI source code is licensed under the MIT license. Your rights and obligations in the software itself are governed by that license, not these terms.

This site exists to document and promote the open-source project. We make no uptime or feature guarantees. We may change, move, or take it offline at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt the site or any services linked from it.

- Misrepresent your affiliation with the Callahan CI project.
- Use the project's name, mark, or identity to endorse another product without permission.
Intellectual property
Source code is MIT-licensed. The name "Callahan CI", the logo, and this website's copy are copyright of the contributors and are not covered by the MIT grant. Contact us for permission before using marks commercially.
No warranty
The site and software are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the contributors are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the software or this site. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted in the changelog with an effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
